  • 1 lb large shrimp (21-26 count), peeled & deveined
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon Juice (juice of 1 small or ½ large lemon)
  • ¼ cup extra light olive oil (not extra virgin)
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp Tony Chachere seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley


  1. In a bowl, whisk together: lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, Cajun seasoning and parsley. Add shrimp and stir well to coat.
  2. Preheat Oven to 450?F. T
  3. Transfer shrimp to a baking dish large enough to hold shrimp in a single layer.
  4. Bake uncovered until firm (8-10 minutes).
  5. Don't over-bake or shrimp can become rubbery.
