Crunchy French Toast

2 cups milk 2 eggs 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 8 cups cornflakes, crushed Vegetable oil, for frying 12 slices Texas toast, sliced diagonally into triangles Syrup, whipped cream, and fruit, for serving "!Vanilla Bean Glaze" 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar 2 tablespoons water 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Mix confectioners' sugar, water and vanilla in medium bowl until smooth. If necessary, stir in 1 to 3 additional teaspoons water until glaze is of desired consistency. In a large shallow bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla until well blended. Slowly whisk in baking powder until smooth. Add cornflakes to a second shallow bowl and place next to the batter. Heat 1 inch oil in a heavy skillet to 325 degrees. Working with 1 or 2 bread slices at a time, dip bread in batter and allow any excess to drip off and back in to the bowl. Roll generously in cornflake crumbs. Immediately fry in oil until golden brown, about 1 minute per side. Drain on paper towels/ wire rack and transfer to a baking sheet in oven to keep warm. Repeat with remaining bread slices. Top with powdered sugar and serve warm with maple syrup, and whipped cream

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated Original biscuits Vegetable oil for deep frying "!Glaze:" 1 cup of powdered sugar 1 teaspoon of vanilla 3-4 teaspoons of milk
In small bowl, mix ingredients for Glaze until smooth, adding enough liquid for desired glaze consistency. Cover; set aside. Separate biscuits and cut circles in the center of each disk. Roll each cut out into 8 balls (these are for the donut holes). Place donuts 2 at a time into hot oil until golden. Flip onto other side and fry again until golden. Remove donuts from oil and place on paper towels. Repeat the frying process for the rest of the donuts When doughnuts are cool enough to handle, turn upside down and dip halfway into glaze or drizzle. Let any excess drip off, then transfer right side up to a plate.
Reheat leftover donuts for a few seconds in the microwave and enjoy
If you don't have a thermometer dip the end of a wooden spoon into the hot oil and if it bubbles the hot oil is ready

1/4 cup milk 2 Egglands Best large eggs 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon butter Pinch of Salt 6 slices of Texas Toast
In a shallow, wide dish, whisk milk, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt. Dip both sides of bread into the egg mixture. Coat both sides well. In a large skillet set to medium heat, melt butter. Once melted and hot, add bread Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and fry for 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Serve with maple syrup, and powdered sugar for sprinkling
